What is it worth? Not a penny more than what a buyer is willing to pay you for the house today! And how will you know what a buyer is willing to pay for your house today? By hiring a REALTOR that you can trust to do an extensive, all-inclusive Comparative Market Analysis. Beware of exaggerated estimates of what you can sell your house for, only to be told a month after it’s listed (and with 5 months left on your listing contract) that you need to lower the price because “things just aren’t selling”, or “there’s a lot of inventory around”. That is nothing short of B.S., and a very deceitful way of dealing with prospective clients. There ARE Sharks in These Real Estate Waters
