The CMA will help us to look at your home from a buyer's perspective. This is the perspective that counts when you're pricing your home to sell, and can heighten the interest in your home.

Using this process, we will establish a realistic listing price and increase the number of qualified buyers who view your property.

My Comparative Market Analysis Will Show You...

• What's happening in the local real estate market right now.

• What buyers are willing to pay for homes similar to yours.

• What they won't pay.

• What other homes in your area will be competing with yours for buyers' attention and what is the ABSORPTION RATE for your community in your price range.

We will together use the CMA to help price your home more competitively.

And once it's listed, your home will appear on 46 web sites.  Your MLS listing will include numerous pictures of your home as well as a professional Video Tour with a musical background.

Remember, the value of your home is based on the buyer's perception of that value.  It is NOT worth what you might have put into it, OR what your neighbors sold their house for, OR what it's assessed for, and certainly not what your cousin the mathematician says it's worth.
